The hips are two of the largest joints in the body, with some of our biggest muscles attaching to them. They are considered the “powerhorse” of many movements such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc based on their size and potential to produce power. Many times the hips are a hidden culprit in causing pain in other regions of the body such as low back and knees.
