Current or past patients of New Life Physical Therapy can earn a $25 gift card when referring a friend or family member for an evaluation. Here’s how it works:
- When a friend or family member calls to schedule an appointment, make sure they provide the name of the person who referred them
- When they do, we will ask them for permission to contact the referral source and inform them a new patient is initiating physical therapy
- Once consent is given, the referral source will be contacted and the gift card issued upon completion of the evaluation
