I’ve had chronic foot pain for years and I had been reaching the limit of treatments available. My aunt encouraged me to try PT, and try it with John specifically because he looks at the whole system – hips, legs, everything – instead of just the foot. John has been super helpful and continually challenged me to reach a little more. I’ve definitely seen a difference in my hip strength and flexibility, which in turn has helped my foot.
