Caleb is a Physical Therapist Assistant who sees patients in our Portage location. He has been with us since 2026.

Driven by a passion for movement science and patient advocacy, Caleb excels at implementing treatment plans that help individuals restore mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. He takes pride in fostering a motivating, compassionate environment for every patient, always striving to learn more about the human body to improve his treatment strategies and deliver the best possible results. Having grown up playing sports, he is a great teammate who works seamlessly with other providers to deliver exceptional care.

Outside of the clinic, Caleb enjoys staying active by playing hockey and golfing. He also values time spent with family and friends, taking scenic drives, and supporting his favorite sports teams, including the Green Bay Packers.
