Dear New Life Clients –
As each week passes, we continue to experience significant change around us, anxiety, worry, fear, and challenge to understand what a “new normal” may look as we as individuals, our families, communities, and economy move forward. Orthopedic surgeries and clinics have reopened and resumed “elective” (non-life-threatening) procedures.
At New Life, we understand the mixed emotions. The fear of what this virus is capable of doing to our health, our loved ones, our jobs, our community. There is significant divide on how reopening and reintegration should be handled. We also understand many of you have been living through and dealing with pain. You have altered your movement and activity and are seeing the effects of decreased mobility, activity, and exercise.
We feel blessed as a small business to have been able to survive the last few months and are committed to the health and safety of our clients and employees as we move forward to guiding you towards reclaiming your active, pain-free life.
We remain open and available to work with you in whatever manner you feel most comfortable.
Onsite-In-Person – Our clinics in Portage & Baraboo are open and following all guidelines from the CDC and Wisconsin Department of Health. As a well-clinic only (ie no sick individuals are in any portion of our building or enter our doors) and small business, we are able to best follow social distancing and other protective guidelines. An outline of what we are doing and what you can do to help keep everyone safe, can be found on our website here: Updated COVID-19 Policies and Procedures
NEW! DriveThru Service – We are excited to offer new DriveThru solutions. No need to enter the building. Get the help you need and individualized care right from your car or parking lot.
Live Online Telehealth – This service allows you to work directly with your expert New Life Physical Therapist from the comfort of your own home. An outline of what our therapists can do with you from a distance and what to expect can be found here: What Can My PT Do From a Distance
NEW! Online Workshops! – We have transitioned our popular in-person workshops to an online format. They are occurring weekly. Check this site for upcoming topics and further information: Upcoming Workshops
We are committed to our employees and our communities to move from a state of “surviving” to “thriving” so that we can remain a choice and option to empower and serve you for years to come. The time has come where we need your help.
Please call our office with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
Sincerely,
Dr. Mary Rose Strickland
