New Life Physical Therapy will be opening its fourth clinic location in DeForest, WI on December 4th, 2017. The clinic will be located at 613 S. Main St. in DeForest between Papa Murphy’s and Anytime Fitness.
New Life – DeForest will be open for appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 6:00pm, and Fridays from 7:00am to 12:00pm.
Dante Leone PT, DPT, CSCS, who also sees patients at New Life’s Portage clinic, will be available for appointments as the primary physical therapist at the DeForest location. Dante earned his doctorate in physical therapy in 2015 from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and has been with the New Life team since 2016. Over the past year and a half, Dante, has been working through a residency in orthopedic physical therapy, which is advanced training beyond his doctorate degree. Dante has also completed training to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), as well as an ImPACT Trained Physical Therapist (ITPT), giving him advanced knowledge and skills in concussion management and rehabilitation. Dante truly believes in exercise and movement as medicine for the mind, body, and soul.
Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Dante attended the University of Wisconsin Madison for his undergraduate studies, earning a bachelor of science degree in rehabilitation psychology. While at UW, Dante continued his passion for sports as a member of the football team for the 2005-2006 season, before deciding to focus on his academic and professional future. Dante continues to have an affection for sports and working with athletes of all types, be it competitive or recreational sports, or more functional life sports, such as playing with your children or grandchildren. Whatever activity is important to you, he trusts physical therapy can benefit your return to that activity.
