Prior to physical therapy school, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Jordan grew up in River Falls, WI, a small town on the Western edge of Wisconsin near the Twin Cities. He has recently moved to Portage after living in Madison and commuting the first 6 months with New Life. Jordan has a passion for better understanding chronic pain, and helping others understand what pain is and how to best combat it in order to continue to move and enjoy life.
What Jordan likes most about being a physical therapist: “I enjoy patient interactions and education the most when it comes to physical therapy because I believe in empowering people to take their care/health into their own hands. No one should let a physical ailment stop them from doing the activities that make life worth living for them.”
Outside of work:Jordan enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Alicia, who is currently working towards becoming an occupational therapist. Alicia and Jordan also enjoy spending time with their cat, Benji who is a rescue from the Columbia County Humane Society. Jordan enjoys staying active via running, biking, weight lifting and sports. Sports are one of his biggest passions and he is a die-hard Packers and Badgers fan, despite growing up so close to Minnesota. Go Pack Go! WiscONsin!

Alison Prawdzik Patient Services New Life Team Member Since 2011
Ali is a patient services specialist working at the Baraboo location. Her area of focus includes scheduling, welcoming and preparing for new patient arrival, initial insurance setup, front office reception duties, working with patients on updated FOTO surveys, and customer service.
What Ali likes most about working at New Life Physical Therapy/with patients: “One of my favorite things about working in a physical therapy office is watching the progress that a patient makes at each visit. Patients often arrive at their first visit using some sort of walking aide (cane, crutches, walker) or needing to use the lift (elevator) to get upstairs and to see them progress to walking up the stairs on their own is such a huge milestone for the patients. I love being there to experience that with them and encourage them to keep moving forward.”
Outside of work:Ali enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. She also enjoys caring for her pets and walking her dog, Summer. She loves spending time outdoors, being around and riding horses, and Morel mushroom hunting. She also really enjoys going to antique flea markets, stores and thrift stores in search of treasures.
